Necrolord
Form a shield of flesh and bone over 4 sec that prevents damage equal to 20% of your maximum health.
Channeling near a corpse claims their essence to grow the shield, up to 50% of your maximum health. This is most effective against powerful enemies.
10 yd range, 4 sec channel, 2 min cooldown.

Night Fae
Turn into a Vulpin, teleporting 15 yds forward and increasing your movement speed by 50%. You may reactivate Soulshape every few sec to teleport again.
Lasts 12 sec, or indefinitely while in a rest area.
Instant Cast, 1.5 min cooldown.

Venthyr
Wend through the shadows, appearing at the targeted location.
35 yd range, 1.5 sec cast, 1 Charge, 1 min recharge
Deal (110% of Attack power) Arcane damage to an enemy, extracting their anima to Animacharge a combo point for 45 sec.
Damaging finishing moves that consume the same number of combo points as your Animacharge function as if they consumed 7 combo points.
Awards 2 combo points.

Embed a bone spike in the target, dealing (30% of Attack power) damage and (10% of Attack power) Bleed damage every 3 sec until they die.
Refunds a charge when target dies or is healed to full.
Awards 1 combo point per active bone spike.

Infect the target’s blood, dealing (162.89% of Attack power) Nature damage over 10 seconds. If the target survives its full duration, they suffer an additional (77.5667% of Attack power) damage and you gain 1 use of any Stealth ability for 5 sec.
Cooldown reduced by 30 seconds if Sepsis does not last its full duration.
Awards 1 combo point.

Combat
When Saber Slash strikes an additional time, there is a 40% chance that your next Pistol Shot will fire 2 additional times.
Wrist or Hands Torgast: Tower of the Dammed. The Soulforges, Layer 3+Adrenaline Rush increases your damage by 8%, and you have chance while Slice and Dice is active to gain the Adrenaline Rush effect for 3 sec.
Shoulders or Finger Dungeon drop: VentunaxTake advantage of the natural ebb and flow of combat, causing your Sinister Strike to gradually increase your damage dealt by up to 10%. This maximum effect will last for 10 sec before fading and beginning the cycle anew.
Neck or Wrist World Boss drop: MortanisBetween the Eyes has a 20% chance per Combo Point to increase the damage of your next Pistol Shot by 200%.

Subtlety
Eviscerate, Rupture, and Shadow Vault increase the damage of your next use of the finishing move by 25%.

Potency Conduits
Potency Conduits improve the power of your spells and are spec or Covenant specific. There are four for each spec and four Covenant specific Conduits.

Covenants
Echoing Reprimand’s damage increased by 50%.
Serrated Bone Spike’s bleed has a 30% chance to deal its damage a second time.
Sepsis periodic damage increased by 80%, reduced by 10% each time it deals damage.
Flagellation lashes 2 additional times initially and deals 50% increased damage.

assassination
Increases the non-periodic damage of your lethal poisons by 10%.
Garrote increases the damage of your Mutilate on the target by 9%.
Fan of Knives’s damage is increased by 7%, and it has a 5% increased critical strike chance.
Shiv increases your Nature damage done against the target by an additional 10.0%.

outlaw
Main Gauche has an additional 3% chance to strike while Blade Flurry is active.
Ambush, Slaughter, and Dispatch have a 15% chance to grant you a Roll the Bones combat enhancement buff you do not already have for 5 sec.
Duration and chance tripled while Stealthed.
Roll the Bones has a 10% chance of instantly resetting its cooldown.
Sinister Strike has a 9% chance to strike with both weapons after it strikes an additional time.

subtlety
Eviscerate and Shadow Vault increase your Shadow damage dealt by 8% for 5 sec.
Shadowstrike increases the damage of your next Backstab by 18%, stacking up to 6 times.
Symbols of Death increases your critical strike chance by 4%.
Shadow Techniques now also reduces the remaining cooldown of Shadow Blades by 1 sec.
Endurance Conduits
Endurance Conduits provide your class with additional defensive value through damage mitigation or increased healing. There are three Endurance Conduits available to all three specs.

General for all specs
Entering Stealth cloaks you in shadows, absorbing 10% of your maximum health in damage, reduced by 2% each second outside of Stealth.
Energy cost of Feint and Crimson Vial reduced by 5.
Slice and Dice heals you for up to (s1 * 18)% of your maximum health over 36 sec.
Finesse Conduits
Finesse Conduits provide additional utility to your class. Each class has four Finesse Conduits which are usable by all three specs.

General for all specs
Gaining Stealth, Vanish, or Shroud of Concealment increases movement speed by 10 for 3 sec.
Dodging attacks reduces the remaining cooldown of Evasion by 2 sec.
Successful interrupts with Kick reduce the remaining cooldown of Cloak of Shadows by 4 sec.
Outlaw: Grappling Hook cooldown reduced, and maximum range increased by 12%.
Assassination, Subtlety, Initial: Shadowstep cooldown reduced, and maximum range increased by 12%.
Energy cost of Kidney Shot, Cheap Shot, Sap, and Distract reduced by 20%.
